Guidelines For Mobile Phone Users

Your mobile phone account is charged per message per intended recipient, irrespective of whether the message actually reaches the handset.

If the handset is switched off, is out of range, or is incompatible, there is a possibility that the message will not reach the handset. You must also ensure that Your handset is WAP/GPRS enabled to purchase any Polyphonic content.

If You believe that You have not received the Mobile Content You ordered, please refer to the FAQ section of this Website where You will be required to provide Us with specific details about Your order to enable Us to resolve the problem. It may be that Your phone has received the Mobile Content and You are unable to locate the Mobile Content in Your phone. This can only be determined by receiving enough information to determine the status of Your Mobile Content delivery.

It is imperative that You check the compatibility of Your handset prior to purchasing any Mobile Content. A list of compatible mobile handsets is available on the preview page that identifies how You purchase Mobile Content. If You purchase Mobile Content for a handset that is not identified on Our handset compatibility list, or are otherwise unable to configure Your compatible handset to receive the Mobile Content by enabling WAP/GPRS on Your mobile – We will not be liable for a refund due to these incompatibilities.

In the event that You have a problem with a Mobile Content download that is not related to handset compatibility or non-configured WAP/GPRS, We will endeavour to ensure that You either receive the Mobile Content that You originally ordered, or if that is not possible, that You receive Mobile Content of similar value.

Compatible Mobile Phones

m.Net offers services available on nearly all GSM mobile phones. However phone graphics, games and ringtones are available only on selected mobile phones.

This is an issue with the handset manufacturers which is out of m.Net's control. Users should check with their manufacturers instructions before attempting to download Mobile Content.

CDMA phones are able to receive SMS messages sent from the m.Net Website, but they cannot receive Mobile Content. Please do not attempt to send Mobile Content to CDMA phones, as You will be charged regardless of whether the delivery is successful or not.
